U ok YSJ?
U ok YSJ?
We know that the pandemic has had an effect on you all. From the impact on finances to feeling isolated, you are having to cope with unanticipated circumstances.
Your Students’ Union and University are here to support you.
This month we are asking: u ok ysj? This wellbeing campaign is here to remind you that there is support available to each and every one of you, whatever your worries. We can point you in the right direction and put you in touch with someone who can help.
We will be sharing u ok ysj? on social media channels, alongside the University, as well as on the YSJ App.
Whilst the pandemic has changed the way we do things for now, your wellbeing matters more than ever and support services have adapted. In March 2020, YSJ Wellbeing and Welfare services moved online and provision of support has expanded to include a Wellbeing App and 24/7 access to counselling from Care First.
You can find out more about the Wellbeing Team, including a video introduction, on the Wellbeing Support Page.
If you are struggling, you do not have to be in a crisis to reach out for help. See our full list of support services.
