Hello YSJSU!
At York St John University, we are committed to promoting an environment in which students feel safe, secure and respected. All About Respect is a student-led project focused on building healthy relationships and strengthening the prevention of sexual violence and harassment. To make sure everyone gets the information and support they need, All About Respect has introduced a range of activities and projects which you can read about on our website: https://www.yorksj.ac.uk/student-services/welfare-advice/healthy-relationships/
To continue developing the best possible support services at York St John, we’d like your help with a quick survey to find out more about students’ experiences while at university. In particular this survey asks about your experiences in the past academic year (since September 2017) including:
  1. Experiences of sexual harassment
  2. Experiences of sexual violence and assault
  3. Experiences of intimate partner violence
  4. Knowledge of how to support a friend
  5. Awareness of services available to support students with these experiences
Responses are confidential and will be used to evaluate the All About Respect project and further inform the development of support services and training at the university. The information you provide could make a real difference to current & future students.
Find out more here.
If you have any questions please do email us.
Best wishes,
The All About Respect Project Team
