Vacancy | President of Education
York St John Students’ Union is led by three elected full-time officers (the President of the Students' Union, President of Education and President of Wellbeing and Diversity) and a group of part-time officers made up from Chairs of School and Liberation Officers who share the responsibility of the organisation. Each year we run annual elections where students can stand for these positions. Those who are successfully elected by their fellow students will serve full-time for one academic year. Full-time officers will also have the chance to re-stand for the position the following year.
As President of Education, you will provide support for students and run campaigns with a focus on student education. You will contribute to the way YSJSU provides its services to students, and ensure the student voice is heard in determining the future direction of the organisation.
If you're passionate about education and making positive changes to students' lives at YSJ, then nominate yourself for the role!

Nominations open from Friday 29 January - Friday 12 February (10am - 10am).
