Help us to help you and become and mystery shopper!
We want you to get the most out of your SU, so if there’s something we could do better, then we want to hear about it.
What is a mystery shopper?
You will probably have heard of it already, but if not, we just want you to evaluate our services and staff. If you sign up, we’ll contact you every so often and ask you to visit the bar or coffee lounge to buy something, or ask about a service at the info point. You can ask whatever questions you think might be useful to evaluate us, but try not to give yourself away – the clue’s in the name! Afterwards, you’ll fill out a quick survey about your experience – what was good or bad about the environment and customer service, or any other details of what you think we should know or could improve. The whole process should only take about 5 minutes, and you might even get a free drink out of it!
What about the rest of the SU?
We’re probably bigger than you might think, and you might not see much of the people who aren’t working in the bar, coffee lounge, or info point, but we still want to make sure you have the best experience you can! This is why we’re also evaluating how we communicate with you via email, Facebook or other social media messages, our website, or if you visit us in person in the offices. If you sign up to be a mystery shopper, the process will be the same: we’ll contact you every so often for you to fill in a short survey about your experience if you’ve contacted us recently via any of these channels, such as if we were polite and friendly enough, if we had all the right answers for you, or anything else you want us to know. This one should also only take about 5 minutes, and you don’t even need to get out of bed to do it!
