York School of Education, Language and Psychology Launch Virtual Christmas Market

School of Education, Language and Psychology has launched a virtual Christmas market to help promote students' businesses.

The market, running until 24 December, helps to support the hard work of York St John University students who make and sell their own products. From candles to jewellery, you can find a range of handmade items from a number of stalls who are taking part in the market.

One stall, Rachel Daisy Designs, has been making handmade, hand-painted cards for several years, but only started selling them during lockdown earlier this year. Their products also go towards supporting a local Brownie group, with 25% of profits helping to cover the costs for disadvantaged girls.

Students with their own businesses who would like a stall on the virtual market can enquire by submitting this form.

More information about the stalls taking part, as well as links to purchase products, can be found on the School of Education, Language and Psychology website.
