February is always a strange time of year. Christmas and New year celebrations are finally over with and buried, exams have passed, and you are kind of in a limbo not knowing who or what you are supposed to be doing. Maybe you’ve put on some extra Christmas and exam weight or maybe your mind is so tangled the thought of another semester is making you highly stressed.
Feel Fab in Feb might be just what you need to get yourself back on track. It can be hard to motivate yourself into getting back into a routine after you’ve had so long off, and if you’ve already let your January New Year’s resolutions slip then this programme is the perfect way to get you kick started again. The programme runs throughout February and is structured in the same way as a fitness and mindfulness bootcamp. Each week you will meet with a personal trainer and discuss what your goals are for the week ahead. This can be structured how you like. You can focus your week on mindfulness sessions and on restructuring your mind set or maybe you’d like to get your dream body and focus on the fitness side of things. Perhaps you’d like to explore both aspects; whatever you decide is what we will provide. Each day of the week you will be given a fitness or mindfulness class to attend, depending on your goals. You will also receive a nutrition plan, giving you the advice to make cheap, hassle free meals to get you feeling fab in Feb. There is also an option to have a weekly weigh-in to monitor your progress.
