About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and successful individual looking for a responsible role within human resources. The Human Resources & Administration Co-Ordinator will be responsible for the administration of the recruitment and induction process for the Students’ Union for both casual student staff and also permanent staff. This role will also oversee the organisational training needs analysis and framework, working to continually support the development of our people. The Students’ Union has an established Competency Framework and the Human Resources & Administration Co-Ordinator will be responsible for applying this framework across all aspects of human resources within the Union.
