The WellU programme is an innovative programme set for launch at the start of the 2017/18 academic year; the programme offers a holistic approach to student and staff mental health and wellbeing, providing opportunities to engage in Sport sessions (e.g. Dance, Five-A-Side) as well as more relaxing, less physically demanding sessions such as a book club, gardening and smoothie making. In addition to the above, the WellU programme will also offer one-off events over the course of the academic year.
