You shouldn't need to register an account on our website, as we use your university credentials, so click login and put the same info you use for Moodle. If you do have an issue then email us at SU@yorksj.ac.uk and we'll get back to you.
To sign in to our website you will need to click on the Sign In link at the top of all pages. Then follow the sign in process. Once you've accessed your account then you'll be able to purchase memberships, tickets and vote in our elections.
To reset your password please click here, but please try your university credentials first!

Cash back is available at the bar on an evening and there is a cash machine in Holgate near the Dining Hall. Alternatively there is a cash machine behind the student’s union building at Londis.
As a member of the Students' Union you are able to vote for a number of positions which govern how we're run, from the Executive Officers to senate.
To vote within elections you will need to login to your account and visit our Elections page.
You are able to purchase a number of items, such as branded merchandise from our E-Shop, Memberships to any of our 60+ Activities or Tickets to our events. (You will need to login to make a purchase)
Once logged in you will be able to add items to your cart and then purchase them through our site (The cart is featured at the top of the page). You can also purchase merchandise at the Students' Union Information point.
Click on ‘sports and activities’ and select which sport or society you would like to join. Once selected, details about the group will be detailed here and there is a ‘join this group’ button. From here, payment details will be taken and you will officially be a member of that group.
You can get one from the Students' Union Information Point. We can only issue 1 year expiry cards so if you would like one expiring in three years, this can be done through the NUS official website.
To change your account settings you will need to login to your account, hover over your name at the top of the site and click 'My Account'. From here you will be able to change your Profile Picture and a range of other details.
To remove yourself from a mailing list, you will need to login to your account, go to your account settings and then change your notification settings to opt-out of emails from the Union.
